CoveMade Refund & Return Policy

1. Return & Refund Window

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to a partial refund at our discretion.


2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

  1. Contact us first at infocovemade@gmail.com with your order details.

  2. Wait for our approval and return instructions.

Important Notes:

  • Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service; we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.


3. Damages, Defects, & Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately at infocovemade@gmail.com if:

  • The item is defective

  • The item is damaged

  • You received the wrong item

We may require photo or video evidence. Claims submitted without evidence may be declined.


4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Sale and clearance items

  • Custom or personalised products

  • Digital products (once delivered)

  • Gift cards


5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
To receive a different item:

  1. Return your original item (if eligible)

  2. Place a new order


6. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.

  • Orders may be canceled within 12–24 hours of placing them if not yet processed or shipped.

  • Orders canceled within 48 hours are eligible for a 50% refund, to cover processing and handling costs.

  • After 48 hours, cancellations are no longer accepted.


7. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the EU, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, under EU consumer law.

Conditions:

  • Item must be unused and in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Exceptions (where legally permitted):

  • Custom or personalised items

  • Digital products once delivered


8. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect your return.

  • Processing time: up to 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time.

Please Note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Partial refunds may be issued for used, damaged, or incomplete items

  • Refunds may be refused if return conditions are not met

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at infocovemade@gmail.com


9. Additional Terms & Liability

  • We are not responsible for incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

  • Orders marked as “delivered” by the courier are considered fulfilled

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery

  • Unclaimed or refused packages may not be eligible for a refund or may be subject to restocking fees

  • Excessive or abusive return requests may be declined


10. Why This Policy is Strong

  • Protects you in chargebacks (“item not received”, “not as described”)

  • Requires evidence for claims (photo/video)

  • Limits abuse (serial returns, worn items)

  • Complies with EU consumer law, reducing risk of complaints or penalties
